Having originally trained in London, Stuart has over 25 years of clinical, teaching and supervisory experience.  He continued his training in Australia and is now a Member of ANZAP (Australia & New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy) and a Clinical Member of PACFA (Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia) and registered Supervisor with PACFA. Among several published papers, Stuart has a chapter in the American text ‘Relational Approaches in Gestalt Therapy’ (2010).  He is an accredited Supervisor with ANZAP, and a past member of the ANZAP Executive Committee, as well as being a  past member of the GANZ Ethics Committee and of the Peer Advisory Committee at South Pacific Private Hospital.  With experience teaching at Masters, Graduate Diploma and Bachelor levels, he continues to lecture in a number of psychotherapy trainings.  He is an International Faculty Associate of the Pacific Gestalt Institute, Los Angeles.

Stuart works with a broad range of issues within both short-term counselling and medium/long-term analytic psychotherapy, as well as facilitating psychotherapy groups for psychotherapists.
